Foot orthotics are inserts which are worn inside your shoes.
The main purpose of orthotics is to support the foot by adjusting the position of your feet to improve foot function.
We can offer you a wide range of orthotics
This includes custom orthotics, heat mouldable orthotics and off-the-shelf orthotics.

Orthoses may be prescribed with other therapies, such as a strengthening program. These exercises will be developed by the Podiatrist in consultation with you.
