Returns and Refunds Policy

1. No Change of Mind Returns

Please note that Camberwell Road Podiatry Practice does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We ask our customers to carefully consider their purchases before completing the transaction.

2. Defective Items

If you believe you have received a defective item, please report it to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items reported after 7 days will not be eligible for a return or refund.

3. How to Report a Defective Item

To report a defective item:

Send an email to mary@camberwellroadpodiatrypractice.com.

Include a clear description of the defect, your order number, and any photographic evidence of the defect.

Our team will review the claim and get back to you within 3 business days.

4. Return of Defective Items

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the defective item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

5. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned defective item, if your return is approved, a refund will be processed. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for defective items will be borne by Camberwell Road Podiatry Practice. Once the return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.
